Mission
The Cebu Roosevelt Memorial Colleges, Psychology Department is committed to producing competent graduates adequately prepared in the fields of clinical psychology, industrial-organizational psychology, and educational psychology, fostering mental health awareness and community well-being.
Vision
The only school in the north of Cebu that produces psychology graduates who are responsive and adaptive of the various issues and demands confronted by our local and national communities through the accomplishment of the following strategies:
